Murder accused 'kept man in shed'

Three people have appeared in Bristol Crown Court charged with murdering a man who was allegedly imprisoned in a garden shed for four months.

Kevin Davies, 29, was found dead by ambulance staff at a house in Badgers Way, Bream, Glos, on 26 September.

David Lehane, 35, and Amanda Baggus, 26, both from Badgers Way, and Scott Andrews, 27, of Hathaway Close, are also charged with false imprisonment.

Mr Lehane and Ms Baggus are accused of perverting the course of justice.

The trio appeared via video-link from Gloucester Prison on Friday.

The case was adjourned until 2 February at Bristol Crown Court.
