The newborn baby boy's body was found in a bin bag in the grounds of Howroyd Hall, Barkisland, in July 2006. Angela Owen was arrested in the Avon and Somerset Police area in the early hours of Friday after an appeal on the BBC Crimewatch programme.

Ms Owen was arrested in the Avon and Somerset Police area in the early hours of Friday. She is expected to appear before Halifax magistrates later. Ms Owen was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Bradford Crown Court on 11 June.
