'Cruellest tragedy'
Miss Braham was a promising young fashion student who had won a scholarship to Millfield School in Somerset.
Her teachers remembered her as an exemplary art scholar with a promising career ahead of her.
After graduating from the London College of Fashion, she worked on her own range of clothing and accessories.
Her family said she was stunningly beautiful but modest about her looks, and disliked being photographed.
"It is the cruellest tragedy that someone so gentle should have had her life snatched away so senselessly," they said in a statement at the time of her death.
"Lucy was quiet, calm and graceful. She had a circle of very close friends and a warm and generous smile that touched everyone she met."
