Questioning
Officers are continuing to question three men at London's high-security Paddington Green police station.
Dr Mohammed Asha, 26, of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, was arrested on the M6 motorway in Cheshire on 30 June. His wife Marwa, 27, who was arrested at the same time, has since been released without charge.
In addition, police are still holding two trainee doctors aged 25 and 28, who were arrested at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, in Paisley, Scotland.
Dr Asha can be held until Saturday, when police must either charge or release him, or apply to a magistrate for further time to question him.
