A neighbour called an ambulance at about 1400 BDT on Wednesday after hearing the boy call for help. His neighbour, Joe Murphy, said he called an ambulance after hearing the boy call for help.
"I was upstairs when I heard him shouting for help," he said.
"I came running down the stairs and there he was, his clothes were stuck to him, the skin was peeling off his arms, his face was black, he was just squealing.
"I rushed him into the house and got tea towels soaked in cold water and put them over his hands and face."
