Two men have been injured in a shooting in west Belfast. Three men have been injured in two shooting incidents in west Belfast.
It happened in Springhill Avenue at about 02: 00 BST on Saturday. In the first incident, a 23-year-old man was shot in his foot at McDonnell Street, in the Lower Falls area, at 00:30 BST on Saturday.
One of the men was shot in the thigh, the second was wounded in the pelvis and buttocks. About 90 minutes later, two men were shot at Springhill Avenue.
Both have been taken to hospital but their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. One of the men was shot in the thigh, the second was wounded in the pelvis and buttocks. None of the men's injuries is believed to be life-threatening.
