A 47-year-old man who was assaulted in County Down has died in hospital. The 47-year-old man who died following an assault in County Down was David Mills from Dundrum.
The assault happened at Dromore Street in Ballynahinch at about 00:45 BST on Sunday. He sustained serious head injuries in the attack at Dromore Street in Ballynahinch at about 00:45 BST on Sunday.
Mr Mills later died in hospital from his injuries.

It is understood the victim is from the village of Seaforde but his name has not yet been released.
