Two teenagers charged over Norwich children's centre blaze

Two 15-year-old boys have been charged by police investigating a fire that badly damaged a charitable centre for children in Norfolk.

Firefighters were called to The Phoenix Children's Project Centre in Mile Cross, Norwich, on 15 December.

The boys, who cannot be named, were arrested the day after the fire and have been charged with arson.

They have been released on conditional bail to appear before Norwich Youth Court on Thursday.
