A memorial for six soldiers from the Huddersfield area who died in Afghanistan has been unveiled. Hundreds of people have attended the unveiling of a memorial for six soldiers from the Huddersfield area who died in Afghanistan.

All were killed in the conflict in Afghanistan and now their bravery is marked with the dedication of a memorial plaque. It was unveiled during a ceremony at Golcar Royal British Legion club.
