The body of Georgiana Stuparu, 23, also known as Yudha Marin, was found in a flat in Foleshill at about 23:00 GMT on 30 January.

West Midlands Police said a 25-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman arrested in Coventry on Friday morning had now been charged with her murder.

Both are due to appear before magistrates in Coventry on Wednesday.

A post-mortem examination revealed Ms Stuparu died from a stab wound to her abdomen.
