Three people arrested over the death of a Liverpool teenager have been told they will face no further action.

Rose Farley, 15, from West Derby, fell ill after attending a birthday party at the Silvestrian Social Club in Vauxhall in June last year.

She was taken to Alder Hey Children's Hospital but later died.

Merseyside Police said three teenagers arrested on suspicion of her manslaughter have now been released without charge.

Those questioned were a 16-year-old girl from Walton, a 16-year-old boy from Kirkdale and an 18-year-old man from Everton.
