A teenager has been killed and a 22-year-old man has been seriously injured in a shooting in east London. A teenager who was killed in a shooting which also saw a 22-year-old man seriously injured has been named.
The pair were shot in Hindrey Road, Clapton, at 20:20 GMT on Saturday, the Metropolitan Police said. Although formal identification has not yet taken place, the Met Police said it was confident the 19-year-old who died was Joseph Burke-Monerville.
They were taken to hospital where the younger victim, aged 19, died at about 23:10 GMT. The other man is understood to be in a stable condition. The teenager from Islington was shot in Hindrey Road, Clapton, east London, at 20:20 GMT on Saturday. He died several hours later in hospital.

They said the two men were shot while sitting in a parked car. A third man, aged 19, was also in the vehicle however he was not injured.
