The mayor of Limavady Cathal McLaughlin has said the family is "devastated". | |
Mr McLaughlin told BBC Radio Foyle he had visited the family. | |
"I was distraught, it's heartbreaking to hear that this has happened. Another family devastated. My heart went straight out to the family. | |
"They are just devastated. It's a bitter blow. Keelen was their only child. Words just can't describe how they are feeling." | |
Mr McLaughlin said the community was also shocked. | |
"There will be no shortage of people calling to the house and that will show the family just how much he was loved and respected in the community." | |
