Belfast Council area: In Belfast no reports of roads closed. Roads remain passable with care. Some roads have reduced width due to snow and parked vehicles. Ongoing operation to widen traffic width where possible. Traffic problems due to narrow lanes and parked vehicles. Working to improve access/ egress for residents across the worst affected estates. Ballymoney and Moyle Council area: Glenann Road, Cushendall; Ballyvennaght Road, Ballycastle - expected to re-open on Wednesday.
Antrim Council area: High ground in Antrim, Templepatrick and Parkgate affected by snow. Lisburn Council area: Many minor roads still inaccessible.
Most of the main network is open apart from C19 Crosskennan Road, Grange Road, Rickamore Road. C27 Lylehill Road passable with extreme care. Down council area: Snow badly effecting rural roads to the west of the council area. Most rural roads in the Castlewellan/Kilcoo/Mournes area are passable with extreme care.
Most untreated roads in these areas remain closed until further notice. Newry and Mourne Council area: Mound Road, Warenpoint closed due to flood damaged structure,

A52 Belfast Road / Legionel Road (Horse Shoe bend) is passable with extreme care.
Ballymena and Larne Council area: Skerry Road East; Mullaghsandall Road; Starbog Road, Larne; C69 Ballyvaddy Road, Larne; Ballyvallagh Road, Larne; B97 Munie Road between Glenarm and Ballmena.
Many roads are blocked by snow drifts in excess of two metres around the Larne and Glens of Antrim area including the Mullaghsandall & Carnalbanagh areas.

Lisburn Council area: Glenside Road; Ballycolin Road; Tornagrough Road - tipper lorry and car blocking road; Upper Springfield Road; Divis Road.

Ards Council area: Hollywood Road between between Bradshaw's Brae and Craigantlet crossroads passable with care.
Armagh Council area: Local roads in south of the council area impassable due to snow.
Banbridge and Craigavon Council area: Many minor roads still impassable especially in Dromara, Moneyslane, Katesbridge, Leitrim and Ballyward areas. Moneyscalp Road passable with care.
Down council area: Bryansford Road open but care required. Snow badly effecting rural roads to the west of the council area. Most rural roads in the Castlewellan/Kilcoo/Mournes area are impassable or only passable with extreme caution.
Newry and Mourne Council area: Salted network in good condtion with the exception of the B27 Moyad Road where Roads Service snow blowers and hired in plant are working at reopening it. Diversion via Bryansford-Newcastle-Kilkeel.
A2 Shore Road Rostrevor remains closed at Rostrevor due to risk of land slip - diversion via Warrenpoint-Newry-Rathfriland-Kilcoo-Castlewellan-Newcastle-Kilkeel-Killowen.
Local roads in Hilltown, Attical and Spelga areas impassable due to snow.
Trassey Road - large portion of road open from B180 Hilltown Road; Mound Road, Warenpoint - closed due to flood damaged structure.

Coleraine and Limavady Council area: All roads clear apart the Glenedra Road, Birren Road and Mullaghmesh Road. Strabane Council area: U1976 Sperrin Park Road, (leading off the B47 Glenelly Road) remains closed due to snow drifts.
Derry Council area: B40 Glenedra Road - expected to be open by noon Tuesday.
Strabane Council area: Two minor roads leading off the B47 Glenelly Road: the U1976 Sperrin Park Road and the U1978 Cranagh to Park Road are blocked due to considerable snow drifts from the past three days.
