Applications for this should be made to userhelp@guardian.co.uk and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. The same goes for individual comments. We hope that people will think before they post – and encourage everyone to use the preview button to give you that extra window of time to rewrite something that could potentially be misunderstood before posting.
