A neighbour, Michaela Smylie, said she was shocked by what had happened. | |
"My head just feels all muddled - last night I couldn't sleep a wink, I just kept picturing him lying there. I knew rightly he had passed away," she said. | |
Mr O'Neill is believed to have spent much of his life in Ballycastle and his parents and three siblings also live in the area. |
