Chelmsford murder inquiry: Victim yet to be identified Chelmsford house murder: Man charged

Police are still trying to establish the identity of a man found dead at a house in Chelmsford on Saturday. A 22-year-old has been charged with murdering a man whose body was found in a house in Essex.
The man, believed to be in his 40s and from Essex, was discovered in a property on Moulsham Street in the city centre at 00:30 BST. The victim was found at a property in Moulsham Street, Chelmsford, by police at 00:30 BST on Saturday.
A 22-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday is still being questioned. Police have yet to name him but said he was in his 50s and from Hertfordshire. A post-mortem examination was due to be carried out on Sunday.
Police said they expected to have the results of a post-mortem examination later. Michael Brennan, of The Green in Writtle, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Monday.
