Anne Wallace is from the Salt and Light Bus Ministry, a support group for prostitutes.
She said: "I am delighted that four men have been held in connection with Emma's murder.
"It shows that the police have never given up and they have to be commended for their hard work.
"This may begin to help Emma's family with their process of grieving."
