The charges all involve ill treament and neglect of 10 residents at the home. All four are due to appear before Gloucester magistrates on 25 September. The arrests followed a tip-off to the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
A CSCI spokesman said: "CSCI and CACD (Community and Adult Care Directorate) will have discussions with ADL Plc about the implications of the charges and then consider what action, if any, needs to be taken.
"The welfare of the residents is our top priority, and we are keeping them and their relatives informed of the situation."
