Woman's body found on beach in Winterton, Norfolk

A Norfolk beach has been cordoned off by police after a woman's body was discovered.

Officers were informed about the discovery at Winterton, near Great Yarmouth, at about 15.45 BST, Norfolk Constabulary said.

The woman has not been formally identified and her death is currently being treated as unexplained.

Investigations are continuing and anyone with information has been urged to contact the force.
