A man and a woman have been shot in a south London street. A man and a woman were shot as they tried to evict a tenant from a house in south London, police said.
Armed officers were called to the scene of the shooting, on Strathleven Road, Brixton at about 09:50 BST. A man aged in his 60s and a 59-year-old woman were shot after attempting to force a man to leave a property in Strathleven Road, Brixton.

Scotland Yard said it is not clear whether the victims were shot after an argument and officers are trying to establish the circumstances. A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "At this early stage it is understood that the two victims were involved in an eviction of a resident from a property."
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "We sent a responder in a car, two ambulance crews, London Air Ambulance and an officer.
"Staff treated two patients, a man reported to be in his 60s and a 59-year-old woman.
"They were both treated for gunshot wounds and taken as priorities to hospital.
"The woman was escorted by a doctor from the air ambulance."
The pair were both conscious when they were taken to hospital, she said.
