The Northern Ireland public is being urged not to get caught out by flash flooding with more heavy rain forecast. Parts of Northern Ireland are experiencing heavy rain and flooding.
The Consumer Council is advising anyone who feels their property is at risk to take simple steps. Police have warned motorists of localised flooding on roads in and around Antrim.
In Dundonald, a lightning strike has caused problems with computer systems at the Ulster Hospital.
Computer systems dealing with patient records, pharmacy and labs as well as systems that share information between different health trusts have been affected.
The South Eastern Health Trust said there was no risk to patient safety.
Sandbags
With more heavy rain forecast the Consumer Council is advising anyone who feels their property is at risk to take simple steps.
