Incendiary device found in store Army declares suspect object hoax

An incendiary device found at a DIY store in south Belfast has been made safe by the Army. Army bomb experts have said another suspicious object found at a DIY store in Londonderry was a hoax.
No damage was caused to the B&Q store on the Boucher Road during the incident. The alert was raised at the B&Q store on Buncrana Road at about 1215 BST on Tuesday.
Earlier, police said an alert at a DIY store on Buncrana Road in Londonderry was a hoax. Two suspicious objects were found at the shop at about 1545 BST. It began after an object was found similar to ones which sparked an alert in the store on Monday evening.
Police later declared it to be a hoax. There have been a series of security alerts at B&Q stores in Northern Ireland.
