After the hearing, Silvera's sister released a statement, which read: "Today my sister was not convicted of murder, which is the outcome that myself and my family wanted.
"I would like to focus on the fact that my mother and sister were let down by social services and a mental health trust.
"Now my sister is receiving the correct treatment which she did not receive leading up to this tragic event."
The statement added: "We do not hold Kauthar responsible for her action, which resulted in the judge's verdict of manslaughter."
