A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 48-year-old woman at a house in Glasgow. A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 48-year-old woman at a house in Glasgow.
Anthony Vita, 47, from Ballieston, who appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court, has also been charged with uttering threats of violence.

Following the discovery, Police Scotland said that her death was being treated as murder. Vita made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody. He is due to appear in court again next week.
A 47-year-old man is presently in custody in connection with the woman's death. He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
