He also denies another charge of possessing parts for an improvised explosive device.

The court was told officers found a notebook which contained notes about bomb making and a list of targets in Loughborough.
They also included council offices, the university and a cinema.
The prosecution said the boy had written detailed plans for an operation called "the New Columbine". In 1999 two students killed 12 pupils and a teacher in a shooting spree at Columbine High School in the US.
Links to various far-right groups and anti-Islamic writings were also found in the book, the jury was told.
