Relative arrested after family of five killed in Islamabad

A relative has been arrested over the killing of an Australian-Pakistani family of five in Pakistan. The family, believed to have once lived in Melbourne, was found dead on 13 October in their home in the capital Islamabad. A nephew of the family, Sikander Zia, has been arrested. Fairfax Media reports he admitted to killing the family after hiring assassins and was motivated by money. The man is expected to be charged with the murders of Amir Khan, his wife, Nazia Amir, and their three children, Romana, 17, Adam, 14, and seven-year-old Haider.
