A 16-year-old boy whose body was found in a pool was made to stay in the water for some time, police have said. An earlier attack at a pond where a teenager died could have been filmed and put on the YouTube website.
A murder inquiry was launched after Shane Owoo's body was found by divers in the pool in Bickley Road, The Lunt, Bilston, on Sunday. Detectives investigating the death of 16-year-old Shane Owoo have said a similar incident involving a young boy took place in September.

Police said the mobile phone footage could have appeared on the YouTube video sharing website but was not there when they checked.

'Excellent progress'
Shane Owoo had recently left an education-to-employment course in mechanics at City of Wolverhampton College.
A statement from his old school, Moseley Park School in Bilston, said: "He had a close set of friends and he was quite well thought of by staff and students alike.
"We were all really shocked because a couple of weeks ago we'd heard he'd been making excellent progress on his college course and he was really excited by it.
"He had a likeable personality and we extend our condolences to family and friends."
Friends of the teenager have left flowers and messages near the pond.
