The 24-year-old is currently on probation in California, for a domestic violence conviction involving his former girlfriend, Barbadian singer Rihanna. He was first arrested in 2009. Violation of that probation could result in time in jail. In August, he was ordered to complete 1,000 hours of community service, over probation violation.
