Four injured in one-vehicle crash on A198 in East Lothian Three teenagers dead and one injured after crash at Tyninghame

Four people have been injured in a serious crash in East Lothian. Three teenagers have died and another has been injured in a crash in East Lothian.
One vehicle was involved in the incident which happened on the A198 Tyninghame to Whitekirk road. Police said a 18-year-old woman and two males, aged 15 and 16, were fatally injured when the car they were travelling in hit a wall at Tyninghame.
Emergency services were called to the scene at about 20:30 on Monday. The incident happened on an unclassified road at 20:25 on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesman said investigations into the crash were continuing. Another 16-year-old male is being treated at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
All four were occupants in a Peugeot 206 which left the road and collided with a wall.
A spokesman said: "Tragically, this incident has resulted in three young people losing their lives and we are currently trying to establish exactly what has happened.
"Any motorists who were on the road at the time and have information that can help with our investigation is asked to contact police immediately."
