An eyewitness said the minibus mounted the footpath as a result of the collision and hit a garden wall. | |
Mohammed Tahzeem, who was driving the minibus, said: "I was shocked, I thought 'where has he come from?' | |
"All of the children were shouting and screaming. Somebody called the ambulance and then parents turned up, they were making sure the kids were alright." |
