Dozens of heads of state, retired politicians and other assorted luminaries are expected to arrive in South Africa to pay tribute to Nelson Mandela this week. The bulk are due to attend a memorial service on Tuesday morning at the huge FNB football stadium, also open to members of the public, with screens set up at other sports grounds.
