Investigation into death of boy in north Wales pond Harvey Williams, 3, died after falling into Froncysyllte pond

Investigations are continuing into the death of a three-year-old boy who was found in a garden pond in Wrexham county. A three-year-old boy who died after being found in a neighbour's garden pond in Wrexham county has been named locally as Harvey Williams.
North Wales Police said the toddler was reported missing at Froncysllte near Llangollen at 11:55 GMT on Monday. Neighbours said he was spotted playing in the garden in Froncysyllte, before it is believed he wandered off.
Police officers carried out a search and the boy was found a short time later in the nearby pond. North Wales Police said he was reported missing and was found in a pond but later died at Wrexham Maelor hospital.
North east Wales coroner John Gittins has asked for a paediatric post mortem examination.
It will be carried out at Alder Hey Children's hospital in Liverpool on Wednesday.
An inquest into Harvey's death will then be opened later in the week.
A neighbour told BBC Wales he saw the toddler playing in the garden of the family home at Bee Bank.
The neighbour said Harvey's parents were in the process of moving out of the terrace property and it appears he walked off at some point and went into the garden of a nearby house.
Police officers had carried out a search for Harvey after being alerted that he was missing at 11.55 GMT on Monday.
