A police spokesman said: "Police are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen this individual in the hours prior to 2215 in the area of Castlereagh Road.
"The male is approximately 6ft tall, with short dark hair and was wearing blue jeans, red Nike air max trainers, and a cream Adidas hoodie".
