Police are speaking to friends and classmates at Coleg Gwent's Nash Road campus on Monday where Ms Ul-Naseer has been studying business.
Campus director Gary Handly said staff were "extremely concerned" at her ongoing disappearance.
"Since starting her studies at Coleg Gwent's City of Newport campus last September, she has been a model student attending all her classes and making excellent progress," he said.
"Over Christmas we used our students' union social media site to raise awareness of Nida's disappearance with Coleg Gwent students.
"Our Police Community Support Officers are at the City of Newport campus today handing out information leaflets to our returning learners as they begin a new term."
