Sir Phillip told BBC Radio Hereford & Worcester the centre was a "great initiative" but stressed it was not just for use by disabled athletes. | |
"If it is for everybody, then you have to have a facility that's accessible to everybody, then you've got to encourage people to come and try it," he added. | |
It has six changing rooms, three rooms for referees, rooms for teaching and corporate events and a balcony with a view of the River Severn. | |
