A Secamb spokeswoman said a woman, thought to be the child's mother, was also taken to St Peter's Hospital, in Chertsey, but she was not classed as a patient.
A spokeswoman said: "It means unclear as to what caused them [the patients] to become unwell."
The area had been badly flooded and ambulance teams had difficulty getting to the area.
People who were evacuated from their homes were not unwell, but had been moved from nearby properties as a precaution, the spokeswoman added.
