Several police units have been involved in an incident involving "suspicious vehicles" in Aberdeen. Two youths aged 14 and 16 have been apprehended and three stolen vehicles recovered after an incident in Aberdeen.
The incident began at about 08:00 in the Bridge of Don area of the city. Police were alerted to "suspicious activity" in the Bridge of Don area of the city on Sunday morning.
A police spokesman told the BBC Scotland news website that about half a dozen police vehicles had been deployed. About half a dozen police vehicles were deployed as part of "significant inquiries".
One person was said to be helping with inquiries. Police Scotland urged residents to lock their homes and keep vehicles keys out of sight.
