A number of houses had to be evacuated in Lurgan overnight following the discovery of a pipe bomb. A County Armagh man has been attacked just hours after a pipe bomb was discovered at his home.

He said he and his father-in-law were assaulted by a gang at about noon on Saturday and needed treatment for their injuries.
He said he believed the same people were responsible for all of the attacks and that they came from within the mainly loyalist Mourneview area.
