Police hunt after schoolgirl rape Teenager arrested over rape claim

Detectives are hunting a man who raped a 14-year-old girl in a city street on Friday night. Police have confirmed that they have arrested a 14-year-old boy in connection with the alleged rape of a teenage girl in Glasgow.

The rape happened in a car park near Crow Road in Lennoxtown.
The only description available of the suspect is that his face was badly pock-marked and he drove a 4x4 vehicle.
Strathclyde Police asked anyone who was in the area between 0200 and 0300 BST to contact them.
