A police search has begun for a teenage girl believed to have been snatched by a van driver in North Wales. Police are searching for the driver of a white LDV van who snatched a 15-year-old girl from a street in Wrexham on Friday afternoon.
The girl was taken from Wrexham on Friday afternoon, by a man in a white LDV panel van. The girl was found safe early on Saturday morning around 70 miles away in Bangor, Gwynedd.

Officers said the girl was snatched near Summerhill Road, in the Highfield area of the town. They have warned people not to approach him, but to call 999 if they see him.

Officers are investigating whether the incident is connected to a report, at about 1900 BST, of a 15-year-old girl who failed to return home. At about 1900 BST a 15-year-old girl was reported missing after she failed to return home.
She is described as 5ft 4in tall, of medium build with blue eyes and blonde, shoulder length, hair. She was found safe in Bangor just before 0700 BST on Saturday - but police throughout the UK are now looking for the man who abducted her, and his van, which had an orange beacon on the roof.
She was last seen wearing black trousers, a blue short sleeve Sainsbury's top, a navy blue Reebok tracksuit top and black shoes. She had a pink fabric rucksack type bag. Det Supt Peter Chalinor of North Wales Police appealed to the public: "If you have seen the panel van - registration number R474 GNB- or a man matching the picture issued of Alan Grant/Weston - do not attempt to approach him but pick up the phone and get in touch with us immediately."
The van used in the incident is described as having an orange beacon on the roof, and has a sliding door at the side and a rear door.
Anyone who sees Mr Grant is warned not to approach him and to contact police immediately.
