Another alleged victim has said she was assaulted by Mr Clifford at his office after getting a part as an extra in the James Bond film Octopussy. During his evidence, Mr Clifford also denied ever meeting many of the women who had accused him, and dismissed their claims as completely untrue.
Mr Clifford told the court it would not have been "very clever" if he had bragged to her that he could get her a part in a major film. One alleged victim has said she was assaulted by Mr Clifford at his office, after she had been given a part as an extra in the James Bond film Octopussy.
He said: "If I wanted to impress a girl I could take her to, for example, Des (O'Connor's) show where the major stars were regularly on... I could have introduced her to Michael Winner." Mr Clifford told the court the only involvement he had had with anyone connected to the film was with a gymnast whose profile he was helping to promote, and several other British athletes.
Mr Clifford also denied knowing another woman who has claimed he assaulted her while she worked for him in the 1970s. The court has also heard claims Mr Clifford offered to get a woman the lead role of Fallon in the 1980s TV show Dynasty, before exposing himself to her and forcing her to perform a sex act.
But Mr Clifford told the court the claims were " too ridiculous for words" and were "ridiculous lies".
