The Welsh Ambulance Service said it was called to the scene in Well Street at about 03:45 BST on Sunday. North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said three crews dealt with the blaze in Well Street at about 03:30 BST on Sunday.
Five ambulances attended and crews took the victims, including a man with serious injuries, to Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital in Bangor. Two police officers were among those taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor to be treated for smoke inhalation.
The other five people were treated for smoke inhalation, a spokeswoman for the ambulance service said. A man who had internal injuries after jumping from the second floor was transferred to a Birmingham hospital.
