Police said large numbers were expected at the Immaculate Conception church in Bicester. Father John Battula who led the service at the Immaculate Conception Church in Bicester on Sunday said parishioners had found her death "very difficult".
After the service, mourners are due to travel to Northampton ahead of the toddler's funeral on Monday. The toddler's funeral is due to be held in Northampton later.
