The doctors at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences put the death toll at 18 and they said that 50 injured people, some of them in critical condition, had been brought to the hospital. “I can confirm that 18 people have been killed in the blast,” Dr. Ayesha Isani, a spokesperson of PIMS told journalists.
