Man charged over Harpurhey Gala Bingo hall shooting

The 22-year-old man was picking up his 56-year-old mother from Gala Bingo in Harpurhey on 12 January when the shooting took place. The woman was hit in the elbow and the man in the wrist. Both were treated in hospital for their injuries. James Instone, 31, of no fixed abode, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder. He was also charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply and a firearms offence. |
