On Thursday evening, Norfolk Police said a 17-year-old man had been charged with Mr Barrett's murder and was due to appear in court in Norwich later. The 17-year-old boy, who cannot be indentified because of his age, appeared at a youth court in Norwich. The case was adjourned.
