Version 0 of 1.

A mother killed while celebrating her 24th birthday was shot in an attack fuelled by "violent antagonism" between two groups, a court has heard.

Sabrina Moss was killed in Kilburn, north-west London, on August 24.

The Old Bailey heard Miss Moss and her friends were hit by a hail of bullets shot from near point-blank range by masked gunmen.

Hassan Hussain, 29, Martell Warren, 22, and Yassin James, 19, deny murder.

'Vicious and deadly'

Miss Moss' friend, Sabrina Gachette, 24, also received gunshot injuries as well as two men, Mahad Ahmed and Edson Da Silva.

Mark Heywood QC, for the prosecution, said the attack outside a fast food restaurant in Kilburn High Road was "as vicious and deadly as it was cowardly" and, because of the carnage, that night would "live forever" in the memory.

Hussain, of Willesden, Warren, from Kensal Green, and James, from Wembley, are also charged with three counts of attempted murder, possession of a Mac10 machine gun with intent to endanger life and possession of a shotgun with intent to endanger life.

They are further charged, along with a fourth defendant, Simon Baptiste, 29, from Cricklewood, with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm between August 22 and August 25 last year.

All four men deny all the charges against them.
