Man denies attack on women in Cumberland Hotel

Philip Spence, of no fixed abode, is alleged to have attacked three women at the four-star Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch on 6 April. He also pleaded not guilty at Southwark Crown Court to aggravated burglary. Thomas Efremi, 56, of Upper Handa Walk, north London, pleaded not guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary. James Moss, 33, and Carly Baker, 31, both of Hanley Road, north London, pleaded not guilty to handling stolen goods. A trial date has been set for 6 October. |
