A woman has died following a single-car crash on the A470 near Caerphilly on Sunday morning. Family of a woman who died after a car crash on the A470 described her as "a very bubbly person".
South Wales Police say the 36-year-old from Cardiff was taken to the city's University Hospital of Wales following the incident between Nantgarw and Taffs Well at 10:15 BST, but later died. The road was closed for about four hours. Witnesses to the crash should call 101. Miss Smart's mother Barbara Richardson and step-father, Glen Richardson said she lived life to the full.
